Victim of what exactly?

 

Of your mind.

So let’s start here. You don’t even know anyone well enough to hate or dislike them.

 

The truth is, most people don’t even know themselves.

 

Life is a growing process as we continue to evolve consistently.

 

With that being said you may dislike certain behaviors that people display, but you don’t dislike them.

 

People don’t usually show their whole and true selves to the world, they expose who they want people to see, so it’s impossible to dislike someone.

 

The same thing goes for you. The world has shaped your perception so wrongly that you don’t even know who you are or what you’re truly capable of.

 

Show yourself some compassion.  Accept and approve of yourself exactly how you are without judgment and criticism.

Make a list of 5 things that are good about you, or that you do well for 30 consecutive days.

There are so many simple things to be grateful for that we seldom give thanks and appreciation.

I don’t know about you, but when I open my mouth to give praise and gratitude to The Creator, it strengthens me because I know that I am an extension of Him created in His Image & Likeness.

 

For instance, when I thank God for creating the human body with all the marvelous things it can do, I realize I have that same creativity in me, maybe not on that same level, but it’s in my DNA. 

 

Be thankful for the trivial things.

 

Everything you are grateful for, you will see multiplied in your life.

Consider that everything in your life is neither good nor bad, it’s neutral.

 

Based on your belief system, you assign meaning to events which you categorize as good or bad.

Most people don’t take the time to make this a priority.

 

  Whatever you don’t master will master you.
